This category requires a non-refundable entry fee of $150 plus a non-refundable convenience fee of $8.94.

3. Give the gift payment code to the person receiving the gift. That person must enter the gift payment code here when submitting his or her essay. 

4. Enjoy the thanks from the lucky recipient!
